Casa Del Rey is a family friendly community. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable experience for all members of the Association. We are providing the following facts to help you become familiar with the amenities. Access to the pool, deck area, restrooms and sports courts is for members in good standing of the Casa Del Rey Homeowners Association and their guests only. Guests and children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult resident 18 or older. Homeowners are responsible for their Guests and Tenants.
Proof of residency must be presented when requested. Remember to close the pool gate tightly when entering and exiting the pool area. NO "propping open" of the gate! Please keep your key with you in the deck area as the gate can only be opened with the key.
