Trash

Trash is serviced on Mondays & Saturdays by Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County. If you have any questions regarding your trash service, please contact 561-697-2700. Trash must be placed at curb in a covered trash can no earlier than 6:00PM on Tuesday and Friday evening. Recycling is collected on Saturday only. (newspaper, aluminum, clear glass & plastic); Landscaping debris is (vegetation, tree clippings, etc.) collected on Wednesday only. Cans must be stored out of view no later than 7:00PM Wednesday and Saturday. Purchase of suitable trash cans is the Homeowners responsibility.

Pets

No more than two pets are allowed and they must weigh no more that 25lbs at maturity. All pets must be leashed and accompanied all times outside of the owner’s unit. The dog walking area is along Via Delray and owners must carry visible means of removing solid waste. Please do not allow your dog to “do its business” on the grass in the community. Please observe Palm Beach County’s “Poop and Scoop” ordinance.

Signs and Storage

No signs, advertising or solicitation is allowed on common grounds or within atrium walls, inside windows or on cars except as installed by the Association or alarm company signs placed within atrium walls.

No storage of or leaving personal belongings such as bicycles, toys, sports equipment outside of the atrium or garage is permitted. This includes all common areas (lawns, ponds, pool, sports courts)

Contractors and Service Vendors

Casa Del Rey does not allow commercial vehicles to park in a manner that impedes thru traffic or blocks any driveway. Work may only be performed on units between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
